Yes, Marathon offers ongoing support and maintenance for products and services we design. We offer design guardianship for short term and implementation partner for the longer and involved term.
How does Marathon facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure our team can manage and maintain the project after completion?
We offer training and capacity building for teams and organizations on our methodologies and principles, enabling them to efficiently manage the project after completion. During our projects, we conduct co-creation sessions where we introduce our tools to the teams, ensuring they become familiar with them and learn how to use them effectively.
Does Marathon assist in facilitating buy-ins from executives for projects that do not have allocated budgets?
Yes, we work closely with the project sponsor/lead to define the project objectives and present the business benefits to the executives. Additionally, we offer “Next,” a sequel to completed projects, by highlighting the next potential projects for the stakeholders to consider.
